Application Checklist

Below is a list of documents that are required when you apply for a mortgage. However, every situation is unique, and you may be required to provide additional documentation. So, if you are asked for more information, be cooperative and provide the information requested as soon as possible. It will help speed up the application process. IDENTIFICATION:

• COPY OF DRIVER’S LICENSE
• COPY OF SOCIAL SECURITY CARD

Passports or birth certificates can also be used. INCOME:

• COPIES OF TWO MOST RECENT PAYSTUBS COVERING 30 DAYS OF PAY
• COPIES OF ALL W-2’S (&/OR 1099’S) FROM LAST 2 YEARS
• COPIES OF LAST 2 YEARS TAX RETURNS (PROVIDE ALL PAGES)

SOURCE OF FUNDS AND DOWN PAYMENT:

• COPIES OF TWO MOST RECENT BANK STATEMENTS FROM CHECKING/SAVINGS ACCOUNT (PROVIDE ALL PAGES)
• IF USING RETIREMENT ACCOUNT, PROVIDE COPY OF LAST STATEMENT AVAILABLE (PROVIDE ALL PAGES)
• IF DOWN PAYMENT WILL BE A GIFT, PLEASE BE SURE TO TELL US
